GrantLogic — Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
GrantLogic is operated by FaithWorks Collaborative LLC ("FaithWorks," "we"). This policy explains what information the Service collects, what it is used for, who else handles it, how long it is kept, and how you can see, change or delete it. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. What we collect
Account information. Your email address and a password, which is stored only in hashed form and cannot be read by us.
Your organization profile. What you tell us about your organization: its name, mission, the people it serves, location, budget figures, and outcomes. You enter this yourself and can edit it at any time.
Documents you upload. Funding announcements, intake forms, budgets and similar files. We keep the original file in private storage and a text copy of its contents so the assistant can read it. Very long documents are read in part; the app tells you when that happens.
Your conversations and the work produced. Every message you send to the assistant and every reply, along with the documents it produces for you, your grant pipeline, reports, budget lines and outcome measurements.
Usage records. For each request to the assistant we record when it happened, which workflow it was part of, how much text went in and out, and an estimate of what it cost us. This is how we enforce your monthly allowance and notice problems. It does not include the content of the request.
Billing. When you subscribe, Stripe gives us an identifier for your customer record and your subscription status. We never see or store your card number. Stripe holds it. We also record the date and exact wording of the consent you gave at checkout.
Feedback you send through the feedback form, with your email so we can reply.
2. What it is used for
To provide the Service to you and for nothing else. Specifically: to sign you in, to give the assistant the context it needs to help your organization, to save your work so it is there next time, to bill you, to enforce the fair-use limits on the subscription, to tell you when something breaks, and to answer you when you write to us.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use your conversations, documents or drafts to train AI models, and neither does our AI provider under the terms of the service we use.
3. Who else handles your information
We do not run our own servers. The following companies process information on our behalf, each only for the purpose stated:
- Supabase — stores your account, profile, documents, conversations and work, in a data center in the eastern United States, and sends sign-in and password-reset emails.
- Anthropic — provides the AI model. To answer you, we send it your message, relevant parts of your conversation, your organization profile, and the text of documents you have uploaded to that conversation. Anthropic does not use this to train its models under the terms of the API we use.
- Stripe — processes payments. Stripe receives your email address and your card details; we never do.
- Resend — delivers email we send you, such as password resets and account notices.
- Vercel — hosts the application and keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, which can include your account identifier but not your conversations.
Web search. When the assistant looks something up to verify a funder, deadline or requirement, the search terms it uses may include details about your organization or the opportunity you are working on, and are sent to the search service Anthropic uses.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile, conversations, documents, generated work, grant records, usage records and feedback, and the files you uploaded. Routine database backups are kept for a short period after that and then expire on their own; we do not restore deleted accounts from backups.
5. Your choices and rights
- See it. Your profile, conversations, documents and saved work are all visible to you inside the Service.
- Change it. Your organization profile can be edited at any time. Your password can be reset from the sign-in page.
- Take it with you. Every document the assistant produces can be downloaded as Word or PDF, and whole conversations can be saved as Word.
- Cancel. From the "Your subscription" panel on your dashboard, which opens Stripe's billing page.
- Delete it. Email info@faithworkscollab.com from the address on your account and we will delete everything listed in section 4. We will confirm when it is done.
6. Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in between pages, and your browser keeps a few small local settings, such as whether you have seen the welcome tour and an unsent draft message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
Every account's data is isolated at the database level so that one customer can never read another's. Uploaded files sit in private storage that is not reachable by link. Passwords are hashed. Payment details never touch our systems. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.
8. Children
The Service is for organizations and their staff. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and, for anything significant, by email to active subscribers.
